Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the in-house details for event business from assigned target markets. The role is responsible for managing the guest and the guest experience, ensuring that the guest’s event flawlessly proceeds. They must establish and maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients through effective, accurate, timely, and reliable communication and action.

Work to manage inventory through proper selective selling guidelines and strive to maximize ancillary spend
Transform sales into flawlessly executed events, managing them from initial inquiry to event, itself
Maintain strong relationship with all departments to make sure communication is seamless.
Generate Banquet Event Orders and Group Resumes to communicate to all of the appropriate departments according to the prescribed standard operating procedures.
Ensure all functions and booking details are checked prior to conversation with client, guaranteeing all details are in agreement with client’s requests as well as resort standards.
