Do you charge for consultations
Yes. If you are interested in retaining our services fill out the form on the Home screen. There will be a charge of $60.00 for the initial consultation that needs to be paid before your meeting, which will be applicable to your package. The information collected in the initial meeting will be used to create your service proposal.

How much can I expect to pay for decorations?
We would like to know and connect with each of our clients. Having an event is personal. And we are grateful to have been a part of so many special days over the years. We want to serve you in the most present and best way. At this time we are only accepting a very limited number of events that fit well within our design style.
how can I become a subcriber
To become a subscriber, simply click on the button which is at the bottom of each page, submit your email address, and that's it! You will then receive any freebies, offers that we have, updates for events and much much more. However we promise not to flood your email address, or give it to a third party.
Can i get a price quote over the phone or by email
Sorry. Due to the various decisions that go into designing your event, we find it impossible to give you an accurate quote via phone or e-mail.
what kind of retainer fee is required to hold my date
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to hold your date. We do not hold dates on promises or intentions. You can pay the retainer fee using our payment button, or in person. By paying your retainer fee online or in person, you indicate that you understand and consent to the terms of our company policies. All monies paid is non-refundable.
do you provided a payment plan
A payment plan is devised for you after a retainer fee is paid and contract is signed. Payments that are agreed upon in the contract are required on the first of the month, which is based on the balance due and the date of the event.
do you charge a flat rate fee, an hourly fee or a percentage fee
We charge a flat rate for your customized planning service. In most cases, a retainer fee between $500-$2500 is required to secure our services. You will have a choice of two fee schedule options that will be tailored to your needs prior to signing the contract. Hourly rates only apply if needed, case by case bases.
do you offer catering
We offer a wide range of catering options for your event needs. Please refer to the catering page for more information.
do you offer tastings
Tastings are included in the contracted event package, however if you require a tasting without a signed contract there is a fee of $250.00 to cover up to 6 people.
how much time does callini diore need to decorate
Callini Diore requires approximately 5 to 10 hours to decorate. If your venue only allows 2 hours, the client is responsible for obtaining more time.
what areas do you service
We are willing to travel to any location. Although our home base is in Virginia, we are most definitely willing to travel where we are needed.
do you charge a traveling fee
Yes. If your venue is more than a 30 mile radius from Richmond Virginia our travel fee starts at $250.00 (depending on distance and expenses for accommodations).
will callini diore be required to visit the venues for location and layout if not in a familiar area
If you have hired Callini Diore as your event planner we will visit the venue to discuss possibilities. If you retain Callini Diore for any other service; due to our busy schedule and travel costs, Callini Diore will not travel to familiarize ourselves with particulars. But rest assured, we know about most of the venues in the area. But in the event that there is a place unknown to us, you may send pictures or a virtual tour by email to [email protected]. If the client insists that we come out to see the venue, the cost will be $75.00 depending on location.
